By sitting down with you we can go over homes that have recently sold, and discuss what they sold for to give you a comparable to what your home is worth. Comparing apples to apples is key, and being honest with you on a listing price. It doesn’t do any good telling you the price you want to hear. This would only lead to your home sitting on the market and going stale. The first two weeks are prime, this is where I put my marketing skills to the test. Once I have listed your home, I will come in and go over a marketing plan that can include drone footage, virtual walk thru, and custom signs. I go to work for you, providing you with weekly updates and bi weekly market analysis to make sure we are still in the prime market.
Some people are fearful when it comes to selling land. Whether it be farm land, hunting land, or just something you inherited. I love helping sellers in this area. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to land. You have to take several things into consideration when pricing land. Such as, the closes source for water or electric, fences, cross fences, soil types for farming land, cover and food plots areas for hunting land and so much more. Just because it is land only, don’t count me out I have the knowledge and resources to take care of you.
Marketing Your Property
Getting the most eyes on your property is my number one goal. In todays market there are many DIFFERENT approaches to that goal. From social media, post cards, videos, to even newspapers and virtual open houses. The options are greater now than they have ever been.
So many agents charge hundreds of dollars for these services on top of their commission. The reason why is because many of videos and professional photographs are out sourced to a third party. The agents don’t have the time or resources to market your home on their own.
I believe marketing in any sense is apart of my job, and that is why you hired me. With each listing I like to sit down with the seller and discuss the best way to market your property at NO ADDITONAL cost to you the seller. Weather it be custom photographs, drone video, flyers, post cards, or social media, I have you covered. I can do it all!
